I would have if they actually released the console version on time. Now that they've been delayed indefinitely, it's unlikely I'll be interested.

If Veteran Ranks are fixed by the time consoles are released I will jump to PS4. If not I will continue to do what I am doing...letting my sub run out and move on

Same game, but with a controller and no addons? I think I'll pass. I am interested in what they do with the controller layout. I hope they add controller support to the pc version, but I'm not holding my breath.

I may go to Xbox One, but only after I see how the transfers have worked out.
I can foresee a few things being "left behind" and may wait for a month or so and keep an eye on the forums.

Just for comparison sake I run two GTX 660 ti's for my PC that I've had for at least over a year. When the PS4 came out its internal GPU isn't nearly as powerful as one of them. I have over 200 hours played into Planetside 2 on PC, if I try to run that game on Max settings with 1 GPU, it often blacks out during graphic intensive fights, I have to run it SLI to play that way while also maintaining 60+ FPS. I don't see that game running anywhere near the same video quality and doubt having higher than 30 FPS if I were to play it on PS4.

If I am still playing Elder Scrolls Online when the console versions release, I would dread having to see how bad the graphics go down from what I'm already used to and how blocky the low FPS would affect my enjoyment.

The release for this PC version was such a huge mess and failure to launch. I won't risk the same issues for the console nor do I see people clambering to buy the console versions. Especially its outlandish prices.

I don't want to overpay for a Television so I can overpay for a Console that spies on me, so that I can pay all these other weird things so I can finally play ESO.

I will just stick with my PC. I wish this weren't on Consoles because then we could have the features like 1-9 skillbar we expect in a PC MMO (and every PC rpg since Diablo?)

I don't think I could ever play an mmo on a console.
I played Oblivion and Skyrim on ps3 (although I broke down after two weeks and bought Skyrim on pc for the mods), but I bought a new laptop for gaming in the last year and it would be such a waste not to stretch its graphical legs.
And I would never survive using a controller in this game.

Patching and bug fixes are bad enough on PC, no way I'm going through PSN/XBL to deal with this... especially considering we have a long road ahead of fixes/patches.

But for me, I don't think even putting the game on console without picking ONE of them to cross-platform with the PC/mac is a good idea. I feel they are just going to be empty worlds, especially cyrodil. We think Cyrodil is empty now....

depends on how they handle the transfer, I would prefer to keep my guild name/character names, aI may not want to transfer all of my characters.

But also.....i have no next gen console yet, so that could be an issue, but still doesnt mean I can't still go ahead and buy the game for 20 bucks

The last console I had anything really to do with was a Sega Genesis, that belonged to my children. They wanted to make me play Sonic the Hedgehog, so I had to get myself a Game Genie to not look like a dumbarse,

I have a Gamecube that a friend's teenage kid gave me when she got a Wii. It has a couple of games with it - I tried Gun, but failed the tutorial. I don't have a TV now, so I can't use it, it's just sitting in a plastic bin.

I also have a five year old DVD player that I used once, and I think I left the remote behind two moves ago - but I sold it for ten bucks, and still need to deliver it. Well, he knows where I live.

Consoles cost £350+, £400+ if you want the stuff you'll end up buying anyway.

That's just too much for a format that could fold at anytime, anyone remember the Sega Dreamcast, fairly strong launch, folded after a year (maybe 18 Months).

The WiiU is affordable, but lacks anything worth buying it for, 3 decent games is not enough to save the WiiU, IMO.
