I'll make sure you're the first person I add.
So, it is ok to call for being able to ignore folks that are not happy with the way the game is currently going, but not ok to call for the ability to ignore those that support it?
Seems like a double standard to me.

Aha, missed that, thanks.I'll make sure you're the first person I add.
More power to you, Chief.
The signal to noise ratio on this forum is becoming truly epic.

Both sides have legitimate things to say but recently they have been competing with each other to the point one side calls the others "fan boys" and the other "whiners". That's too bad but not reason enough to "ignore". Just stop with the personal\group attacks and act like adults.
OrangeTheCat, your advice is very excellent. Sadly, only reasonable folks will take it. The people that are the most toxic to forums will simply continue to post as usual. Mostly making their ad hominem attacks on anyone with whom they disagree.
I don't understand some of the reasoning here. If some folks want to discuss the meta elements of the game, why it is "failing" and why it is "succeeding", great.
I don't. And I don't care to try and remember who makes a habit of that and so forth. I am getting better about ignoring obvious threads where that is the point, but why do that? Just click and done.
And if you don't care for posts about mechanics and so forth, why, you can ignore that too.
Either way I don't see how it would harm much, but make it more useful for folks who just don't have hours upon hours to devote to forum stuff - but still would enjoy contributing constructively to things that interest them.
Anyway, I'm not terribly interested in a debate though. Some folks seem to really get a kick out of that. I don't.
I've added my opinion to the proper thread now, the way I should have to begin with.
