What is the soft and harp cap of Crit % on Weapon?

Doing some calcs with 7/7 Medium + Precise Enchant + Set + Mundos Stone you can achieve 37% this with no cap in consideration

As a NB I have a 53% weapon-crit w/o potions (and this is w/o full Assassination skill line). No cap detected. Potion gives 30%+ for normal, plus passives. Potions could be "permanent" with Enchant,

I am DK DW hybrid for now more tank than dps but trying some stuff

There is currently no cap on crit chance. I've seen videos where crit chance is raised past 100%, but only briefly.

Wow then no point on using + Weapon Dmg when you can actually duplicate its value with crit

Although most VR10+ in PVP are stacking Impenetrable.
