Problem login into my account and play

Since the beginning I have been having problem log in into my account to play. I always play in the same computer. My IP is always the same. I connect to the internet wired (no wifi). But every time that I click on PLAY at the beginning of the game, I write my password. I check that the Home is highlighted. And after a few second appears a message telling me that my computer is not trusted. They send my a code to my email. I copy that code into de right place and only then is when I am able to enter and play.
