If you want to see how rageable I can be when things do not work check my history, I am sure that I will be complaining tomorrow about some sort of bug...
But 3 months in and I have played pretty much every hour I could... I have done all 3 alliances, ground anomalies, got an all gold outfit from hours of farming, spent 2 hours naked suiciding to light a torch, levelled 5 craft skills, taken a stamina NB to VR12, kicked & been kicked in PvP... And just had a wild time...
And I have more to do...
I still need to join some guilds, finish all sidequests, finish the group & public dungeons, do Craglorn properly, save up materials for my next kit upgrades...
I get effed off when the game is not right, i get frustrated when patches add bugs, i get annoyed with l2p posts... But not as much as I get angry with those posting with the 'i hope this game fails' mentality.
I am glad I ventured into online gaming and hope this game carries on being a sub only game for years to come.

yelloweyedemon✭✭✭ESO had the most hate/propaganda I have ever seen in an MMO. Sad thing is that a lot of the "gamers" are not better than those who just create a youtube channel and rage at everything all the time because they have nothing better to do with their lives. So they are just buying their word without personal experience.
I can't even imagine how many "ESO sucks" I've heard from people I knew they never played it.
Nevertheless, the game seems to be doing good considering the amount of hate it got, and don't forget that population numbers will be boosted since the game will be released in the 2 consoles in some months.
Still there are some things that I would like to see changed especially for PvP, such as the AoE cap which need to go.7 -

It seems to be human nature to want to gather as many supporters to your cause, whether its wishing the game go down or wishing it stays up and profits. think on when you had something bad happen to you where you felt you lost money. Didnt it make you feel better if you found others that shared your view? ever post a bad review in revenge? some do take it to a new level, but thats their sport. Dont take the naysayers too hard, a game lives or dies on its own merits, not rage posts.
I do find it nice to see new players to the game, recently there seems to be more on hand. certainly they must have seen some rage posts and negative reviews and still thought the game was intriguing enough to cough up the money to sub.Mama always said the fastest way to a man's heart is through his chest.4 -

Sylvyr✭✭✭✭✭I genuinely hope ESO succeeds.
Had to change my viewpoint a little though to adjust expectations and keep from being disapointed. Kind of like turning on the TV and wanting to watch an action movie or show but all the channels are playing "The Three Stooges".
Once you start seeing this game as a comedy, like "Haha we can't login, you got us there! good one!" and realize that the PvP "game" actually is "Player Vs. Patch" you will realize your not wasting 15 bucks a month but actually getting an additional comedy element with that sub fee that many other stable and "serious" games just simply cannot provide. Also throw in an element of mystery ("what's missing in the patch notes" game) and drama (oooh forum dueling) then you've just got to realize you are getting way more entertainment for you're buck than you think you're losing - it's just coming in a form that isn't as straightforward as just playing the game.

haha, just joking. i agree with you that eso is awesome and has alot to offer and infact, i will admit eso is the best mmo by far. and i also have lots left to do and i hope eso will be here for years and years to come.

GW2 there's one. Want more? Sure you pay for the game, but no subscription. How do you think they keep the game going? People pay real money for gems and then can trade that in for in-game currency. No thanks. That is good for noobs, gold farmers, and hackers.. it is not for REAL gamers. That's just one small issue with f2p. Guess what? If you can't afford $15 per month for this game, DON'T PLAY IT and GO FIND A BETTER JOB.4 -
