Explosive Charge Bug

Perphection

Whenever I use explosive charge since the 1.2.4 patch I cannot use any other abilities. My bar turns gray, I cannot dodge, I can't stun break, I can only run around. This lasts ~10 seconds before the abilities come back. Normally I just die though.

This is Biting Jabs, on a Destruction Staff. One more bug to add to the never ending list.
