Booted from server now banned? whats going on ?

Hi there
Was wondering if some of the Community mods can help me here
week ago I was blocked while on one character and could access 2 others fine but one was blocked / locked spoke to customer support and there was no notes nothing to say why it had been blocked so after 2 days unlocked all is good then tonight when playing i got a screen freeze then a message booted from server now it wont let me login there is no emails but then I saw an email that says my subscription has been cancelled, which i found odd
Can i ask some one to escalate this please?
This is the 3rd time i have been blocked / banned for doing nothing more than playing the game, not sure whats going on but I had like 14 days Sub left
