So how should we get to VR12?

Fastest again....sigh. Enjoy something will you!

But ok. As a group, killing vet 1-3 areas is decent exp. Quests are alright. Dolmens the first time is huge exp. Other times much less but still worth it.

Dungeons are ok, if you are teamed and working fast. Vet instanced dungeons are hard and fun. Good rewards, but not sure exp/hour is the best.

Grinding mobs, all over, is I think, along with camps, bosses and Dolmens.

This info I can only confirm for Vet 1-3.

While I normally approve of efficient levelling, in this case I don't recommend it, because there is no endgame. You will get VR12, get your BiS crafted gear within minutes and be left with nothing to do. Levelling is all this game has to offer, sadly, unless you enjoy being 1-shot in a slideshow PvP. If you're gonna rush throught that, you may as well unsub right now.

Leveling is ONE thing of much ESO offers. Fast levelers simply missed the whole game.

I agree, high end players are really bored, for the right reason. High end content still needs to develop. BUT, as you seen, new dungeon already.
More coming. I do feel for you guys who rushed up to Vet 12.

Please remember that ESO releases some kind of new content/stuff every 4-6 weeks or so. We already know a few things.

Vet 1 however, is VERY enjoyable now! Since its quite busy in most zones, phasing works MUCH better, and there are new things to discover. Quests gives rewards you can use. Items 75% from barrels etc is Vet level.

To the point. Take your time....and when you get up at Vet12, there will be more things to do and less buggy, just like Vet 1 is now, and was not 1 month ago.

Lets not forget Cyro. IF Zeni makes Cyro playable, it IS a big place for all kinds of events. PvP, explore, PvE quests, Skyshards and dungeons.

Its been three months since release already, isnt it more than enough to end the rush *** yet?

I mean, I made all the vet areas quests, dungeons, skyshards, delves achievements, lorebooks, got tamriel hero achievement and still enjoyed pvp quite enough... not my problem if some people spend hours picking flowers or watching his char sitting in a chair next to a river.

    @OP you have two options:
    - The least content avoiding, making only the main questline for vet zones while doing once every dolmen/worldboss/publicdungeon and ignoring any sidequest or other hubs. More than enough to level 1VR per zone untill you start hitting VR7+.
    - The fastest, going to craglorn and geting a group for boss runs or anomalies and grinding your way up. This way you will miss all of the skyshards in the regular vr1-10 zones of course.

I'm curious: when you say you got them to vet ranks, do you mean you're a vet and carried them through beginner to VR 1?

As for the topic, dungeons, dolmens, world bosses, and Craglorn.

Nah I made a new toon and guided them through the content.

seeker archive+double boss in the north currently is the fastest option from my PoV if you don´t mind grouping with others.
if you do so hircine, balmath or my preferred dungeon zalgaz are options to lvl quick too.

I'm not gonna comment on why you should or should not rush. Here is the deal:

Larger quests usually gives 10 - 50k exp, the tiny ones maybe 5k.

Each dolmen gives 10-30k, the higher the VR zone, the more exp. First time you do a dolem, it gives more.

World boss gives 10-20k, it also give more the first time you do it.

Killing one mob gives about 80-100 exp.

When pvp got fixed, that gives decent exp as well, although I have no data.
