I've killed and or helped killed dozens of sorcs, but none of them count towards my quest whether I land the killing blow or my group does nada.
This is very annoying especially when they're a pain to kill..

It is a PvP related issue and it's not in the wrong forum. This is "general discussion" and not a forum dedicated to a specific topic.
Not to mention the other sub-forum that's dedicated to pvp is pretty DEAD, and the likeliness of a mod coming and teling me "they're looking into it" is almost 0.

I've wondered how much dmg to you need to do before you get given a kill.

Are you sure they're Sorcs. Everyone has robes and a staff for some reason...
I'm sure they're sorcs, they're spamming crystal shards.. and attempting to bolt escape while I chase after them.
