Whatever happened to the trailer characters?

The 3 trailers we got before ESO launched seemed to follow 3 characters, that EP Nord, AD Altmer and DC Breton... as of last trailer, Breton is all zombified and under Mannimarco's control and about fight the EP Nord, AD Altmer is zapping the EP mages that used her to blast down the Imperial City walls and the EP army (no AD or DC in sight, woot!) is trying to take the city.
But... we don't have an ending to this. Could be that ZOS intended to finish it but are swamped by fixing the myriad of bugs and glitches.
I don't know about you folks, but I'm interested in finding out how this ends. Maybe when we finally get access to the Imperial City they'll release a final trailer for these 3 characters? I hope so.
Thoughts, ideas?

I didn't think they were named, just representative of our adventurers. Would be cool if they played a role in the updates/expansions though.

Well the AD Altmer is the Green Lady and is in the game, though it doesn't seem to follow the story of the trailer. I was pretty excited to meet these other characters and you never do. I think BBSooner is right in regards to the EP and DC characters filling in as our heroes, but then that kind of doesn't make sense now since I'm DC and don't recall ever turning to the cult's side. :-)

No, the Altmer is not the Green Lady. The Green Lady is a Bosmer, not an altmer, and does not carry a staff.

First of all, the devs that are making the game and dealing with bugs and such are most certainly NOT the people that are making the trailers. I'm sure the trailers are outsourced to company that does live action/CGI trailers (most game studios do this when the trailer isn't game footage). In fact, there is concept art for the trailers on Deviant Art and it's not a ZOS employee, but some other firm. If I can find it, I'll update this post.

Secondly, each trailer released so far has coincided with an announcement or the release of the game. I'm guessing that we'll see the next chapter right before the console release. If that doesn't end the story, then we probably won't see another until they release a for-pay expansion (ie. they aren't going to put together expensive trailers just for fun, it's to create hype to sell something).

Presumably the elf chick died of scurvey. All altmer have scurvey in game. Seriously that chick has normal skin, why all those in game are yellow?

It may be outsourced, but they will still make the content guided by the direction of the story as set by ZOS designers.

lol i never understood why the nord from trailer was looking different then the skald king of EP, i said wth is this he looks so bad in game and so awesome in trailer... just to find out that those werent the leaders from alliances.

So we finally get the final cinematic trailer and... the Breton dies again, the Nord gets sent to Coldharbour, and the Altmer just walks away.
No news on what happened to the Ebonheart Pact army assaulting the City.
That's... disappointing.
