Crafting above level 14

Hi, what should I do to craft armor/weapons above level 14? I already have the materials. I read have to upgrade some skills but didn't find which specifically.

PS: I want to craft Light Armor and Staffs. Thanks in advance.

    When you mouse over the skill it will tell you what materials it allows you to use. Just find the ones that allow the use of flax and oak.

    You have to level up your Clothing and Woodworking skills to 5 and then put a skillpoint into both Tailoring II and Woodworking II.
