Vigor: This Wood Elf racial passive’s effectiveness has been increased by 50%.

Is this just for Wood Elves? Redguards have the Vigor passive too.

    Right because ZOS patch notes and tooltips are perfectly audited and edited several times before they are released to insure no oversight.
