Weapon Glyph Changes patch 1.2.3

So Patch 1.2.3 changes Monumental Glyph of Rage from 17 power for 5 seconds (epic), to 2 weapon damage for 5 seconds. Nothing in the Patch notes for this.
Also you have now made that glyph UTTERLY worthless, as why would you opt for 2 weapon damage for 5 seconds, when you can have Monumental Glyph of Increase Physical Harm which adds 12 weapon damage (epic) permanently. Short of the fact you can't put that enchant on weapons obviously.
