Hundigs Rage armor set no longer does % damage with weapon abilities!

Yep you read the title correctly folk ZOS sneakily has changed the Hundigs Rage armor set so 5 pieces now only do 22 damage with weapon abilities than what it previously was which was a %. I cannot find that change listed anywhere in any patch notes so they basically did that off the record.

ClikC✭✭✭This, this right here has changed my ability to burst a player down from stealth in PvP, to just getting owned by sorcs and dk's once again.
