Multiplayer PVE seems lacking

I love this game and have enjoyed it immensely up to this point, but it feels like the end game pve content was kind of an after thought. I got to V1 thinking things would change and I'd finally begin to play with my friends. I'm currently at V3 and I'm losing motivation quickly. I log in and some of my friends are on but I can't play with them cause the questing doesn't work well when you're different levels and with all the phasing. I'm not much of a pvp player and don't enjoy zerg fest crap shoots. What I really wanted was a multiplayer skyrim that I could play with 2 or 3 friends. I'm not really feeling that with this. Help us, we're losing motivation to play this game quickly.
Problems 1. questing is not multiplayer friendly. Everyone is on, but no one is playing together. 2. Dungeons are broken. The only reason to run them is to see the content. They feel clunky like the roles don't really matter other than dps. VR dungeons feel like they're scaled wrong. Either too easy or too hard. No organization with them. There should be unique gear and mounts or drops or something that gives you a reason to go in there other than just to see it. Why isn't there equal and unique looking gear with unique gear set bonuses like the crafting in these dungeons? Seems I should be able to make it or find it.
I'm just in this weird in between state right now. Don't know if I'll make it to V10.

Zenimax has force solo-instance, and force large group/raid zones. Zenimax is trying to control the game way too much. We have group dungeons and public dungeons, which are fine because we can enter those with our friends or solo if we want. Can't do Craglorn when it forces you to have four players; none of my friends are the same level as me and its really difficult to coordinate that when we all play at different times. And with the god awful phasing issues, I cannot go back and help them reach my level. Can't do help a friend do the main quest because it's forced solo only. With a few dialogue changes as making us the chosen ones, then it's not lore breaking in the slightest. Zenimax is trying to appease different crowds by controlling everything about the game. It's not working!

Zenimax somehow brought the worst aspects of an MMO to the game (actually, I have never seen AN ENTIRE ZONE raid only) including the entire level design of leveled zones. Absolutely terrible for an Elder Scrolls game, especially since it can easily be adjusted for an MMO. Different range of creatures have different range of levels. Maybe the starter islands have Mudcrab bosses, while the final zones have Troll and Giant bosses and various human bosses throughout the medium zones. Then Zenimax brings the worst aspects of a single player RPG to the game, by having the very existence of solo instances. This is an MMO! And Elder Scrolls Multiplayer game! A game that Elder Scrolls fans have been wanting for over a decade because they want to play it with friends!

I unsubscribed the day after I hit VR10. Nothing to do. Can't help my friends who are lower levels. Already done all the quests for all the zones and all the races. PVP is the only exciting thing left in the game and it gets so frustrating because of the severe imbalance issues of Dragonknights and Sorcerers.

I never wanted Skyrim Online, I wanted this game to be unique and a great successor to Skyrim and the previous Elder Scrolls titles. An Elder Scrolls game that I could play with my friends and meet other Elder Scrolls fans. Zenimax tried to do new things with this Megaserver concept but that fell flat since we cannot play with other factions except in mini-shards of Cyrodil. Seriously, how hard would it be to at least make Coldharbour accessible to all factions? It's the same level, same setting, same quests, same everything for every player in any faction.

There are so many ways this MMO can be made better, but Zenimax keeps pulling up the worst ideas in the history of MMO and Single RPG games and combining them into one.

Why isn't this game populated anymore? Zenimax has no idea what they are doing.

... At least character creation is good.

    1. Definitely it is not Skyrim online nor any other previous Elder Scrolls game.
    2. The game helps the players to loose motivation quickly.
    3. The solo quest phasing is the worst aspect in the game.
    4. The group management is very bad and still has problems plus when you can't help a member of your guild or a friend in quests it looses the meaning in most part of the game.
    5. Dungeons are almost like multi copies from one map to the other.
    6. No drops memorable not drops at all, just junk all around.
    7. Yes the game is too much controlled, and most of the strategy to fight bots e.t.c. just punishing the normal players.
    8. Even character creation isn't the best.

Why we play it then? Why we keep pay it?

Perhaps as I have decided to give them 6 months period also other players have thought about a certain time limit. Of course most of the players had the knowledge and experience of previous Elder Scrolls game and wanted to play them in one map, one campaign, to see and travel all Tamriel and play most of the races. So because of a good feeling and love in a series of a game the Elder Scrolls Online had a base of customers and it is up to them to choose how they will try to keep them happy in game.
