Ever since the update. I don't even know how to explain it. Some things I can see and others seem like duplication of meshes that duplicate when I move. What do I do?

Looks like you're missing some textures or parts of the model geometry. My guess is your client installation is corrupt.
Try the repair option on the launcher ...
