Countering Impulse and Talon spamming

Besides blocking, roll dodging, and not sucking what have fellow NBs used to effectively counter this? I think it's cheesing to it's finest, but hey it's Cyrodil, people want to kill you. Thank you.

Umm. I just dodgeroll. I am stamina based so it great for me. You have to use the mechanics given to you. I also use mass hysteria against DKs when they use talons.

Interrupt works great against casters.

Purge. Alliance War Ability Purge will help get rid of the damaging effects and roll out. Talons DPS has been nerfed again too.
