I appreciate the frustration, but sometimes the way that you express it can prevent you from effectively being "heard".
OK you are definitely up on the " Yooz suck donkey ***" brigade but a generally negative post without any specific data is going to be categorized into the same bucket as some of my daft ass posts on gameplay. That is "the bin"
Something generated that frustration, pick out a single bit and post on that etc.
I'd love to know the game was bad but I've been patching all day .......
I get that you see a pile of frustration
but when you get asked - "what's wrong" the answer - "everything" is not really helpful to a debug team so they will just ignore it.

Ok, if you just want to vent etc. Shows that you care.....

Go through the PTS forums and you'll realize how little they actually considered, great they wanna do some class balance make stamina builds more relevant however when it comes to actually executing on it they fall far from what we actually had in mind.
I say yes hire some testers if that means that they'll actually listen to what they say then I think that'd be really good for this game, because it's really disheartening to read through the patch notes and only see 1 or 2 player suggestions actually get implemented yet there is dozens and dozens of requests with hundreds of pages of replies on multiple threads.

Seriously I have no idea why actual sub players wish to test stuff instead of playing what they pay for.
If they break something we have the right to complain about it via foruns or /feedback
You are nothing, but a free testing resource. Generous offer I say. But this is not a kickstarter product is it?

Likewise. Devs ignored what were almost unanimous concerns there and, I fear, I'm seeing the same sort of crud here. That expansion basically buried LOTRO (it's amazing it's not gone already) so it should be a story to be learned from; not a mistake repeated.
Unless you work for zen or bethesda or what ever, shusssh.
You have no idea what you are saying... you have no proof to back up anything you say.
If you want to complain go elsewhere. Or have a real complaint.
Just because YOU are unhappy, it does not mean anything is wrong.... maybe its you
