20 Stamina with imperial horse and no head armor?

Hi all,

So finally got my alt's horse to level 41 with 20 feeds of apple (=35%) and 20 feeds of hay (20 stamina). I got the straping harness appearing on the horse after 20 apple feeds but have not gotten the head armoring you're supposed to get after 20 hay feeds (screenshot here). Any ideas?

    Imperial Horse begins at 10 stamina. The armor appears once you hit 30 stam.

    from your screenshoot seems u feed 10 stamina and 10 carrying not 20 stamina

    This is how you post a screenshot so we don't get directed elswyer.

    Feed your horse more stamina. You might get it by horse level 50. You only fed stamina 10 times, it shows up when you feed it 20 times, not by stats.

    He said 20 feeds (20 stamina). If the horse started at 10 stamina then this is impossible.

    Also, imp horse starts with 0 bag space, but the one on the screenshot has 10.

    So it was fed 20 times for speed, 10 for stam and 10 for bag space.

    I think you need 21

    Me? I had 41 speed and thus the straps on the back but when i reached 50 the straps disappeared. Wtf Zeni???

    If the stats are same as basic horse you get head armor at 35 stamina.

    Ahh i had thought i fed it 20 times - forgot i had put the 10 in bag space. So yeah have to do another 10 i guess. Thanks all
