Stealth nerfs are -always- intentional.
Omissions from patch notes don't require a re-patch. They require editing a text file.
Things should not get left off patch notes by mistake. Any proper software engineer should be using a software change management system where *all* changes are numbered, logged and documented. Patch notes should simply be a report from this system. It's clear that they don't even know what changes they are making. ZOS is a shambles.
<p>@nerevarine1138, have you not seen the official list of issues with 1.2.3. That's only the ones they've acknowledged. It's staggering that you don't see major problems with their organisational ability and seek to claim that their mistakes are trivial. Pretending the problems aren't there doesn't make them go away. </p>
