Infinite Loading Screens Are Back?

In addition to the 20 FPS and the lag I'm getting stuck in loading screens in Cyrodiil once again. I used to get this a lot but hadn't seen it since Craglorn patch. I can sit for 10 minutes without the loading screen ever going anywhere and ultimately have to kill the game client. Is anyone else experiencing this?

When ever I get the infinite load screen i generally force quit the client and re-open. Loads up the second time.

Alt tabbing while loading can also trigger the infinite load screen.

I have had this problem from Day 1. I can get infinite load screen when starting the game, when loading a toon, when zoning, and even from those random load screens that pop up during play. It's gotten hugely annoying.

Just wait til you're about to die and you go to pop a potion..or go to heal yourself..or go to hide..and a loading screen comes up.or go to charge someone and you getting a loading screen after you charge them.
