2 min game post patch I find a bug/glitch. that green recipes in my inventory are now worthless to NPC vendors in Daggerfall showing a 0 gold sale. man its beyond words ZOS you guys are just awesome.

It's also funny how racial stones are worth zero gold to a vendor, but they'll sell 'em to you for 15 gold each.

I am still just finishing off downloading, but I'm not sure that is a bug - at 9g vendor price they were more lucrative as vendor items than pretty much anything else in the game (I can rummage through a few containers and make more than I can by actually killing mobs, especially once you factor in repairs) - I actually think they should have had 0 vendor value from the start.

Try selling them in your guild stores or in chat, there are plenty of completionists like me who want to get the full collection!

Ok back looks like all green cooking recipe's. I only had 4 but none of them showed anything but 0 gold sale. NO idea on the blue/purple stuff

I lol'd when i read this. If i can't learn the green recipe because I already know it I usually just delete it. Not worth the 7 gold to fill inventory up until i get to a vendor. Definitely not a super important problem here

Just as a data point, I have 2 blue recipes I picked up earlier in the week -- Fortified Jazbay Brew and Invigorated Jazbay Cabernet -- and both are showing 0 vendor value.

@ZOS_GinaBruno The various racial motifs are also 0 value now, at least for AE and Daedric in my inventory.

I have a theory. New junk loot - swords, whatever - is worth 0 g (intentionally). Other items found in the same kinds of containers are now worth 0 g. Coincidence?

Just checked. Those still have the value they did before update v1.2.3. We're actively investigating the motif value change.

Yea refined mats were worth 400/stack before they still are. It's the provisioning recipes that are all worth 0 now. The green ones used to be worth 9 gold to vendor.

Hey folks, just letting you know that we just rolled out a hotfix to address this. You can now sell your recipes and motifs for gold, but note that the UI still shows these as being worth zero. This will be updated during next Monday's maintenance.
