Prisoner Shirt Motif?

So I got a loot drop or 'maybe' it was a quest reward item called Prisoner's Shirt.

Its a level 23 light armor and part of a Prisoners set. Not really all that interesting stats BUT... the look of it is unique. Its not any of the motif styles that I have ever seen and I have never seen another player wearing anything that looks like it.

If the game was up, I would post a picture of what it looks like, but maybe someone knows if there is a motif style or some way of crafting it.

Hopefully it will be included in the Jerkin crafting.

Yep, that's the set. Has a nice look that I like actually... was just hoping it was a new style that hopefully will have a new motif soon.
