Patch Notes...

So I was looking through the patch notes, and unless I missed it, I was hoping to see the lag fix with grouping? I noticed there was a fix for grouping with someone in a different zone and dysincing but wasn't there supposed to be a fox for large group lag? Especially in Cyrodil?
