Anyone else wish there were higher graphic settings, not so much due to the lack of decent graphics in the game but because you have everything on ultra and you're still sitting at 80+ fps.

YES! I'd also like to be able to see more than 1 other player character in focus. Why does it blur everyone???
You want Super-Ultra so you can see what more clearly while hoping to slow your system down some?
If this game had snipers, and needed a longer/better draw distance I might jump on this, but I'm not seeing where better resolution would make the game that much better for players.
Not arguing for the sake of being a butthead. I want to have a much as I can grab, but if you stand next to a wall now and sight down it at the 2-D layered textures - wouldn't every texture that stands off the surface need to be completely repixelated?
I'm not an expert, but from the graphics I've seen on a few consoles (and the fact that we pc players are betatesting the console code....), I'd think the devs were thinking in the other direction right now.
Just my wacky opinion.
I can see farther in this game than I can see in RL on most days... So, yeah, its really plenty.
Seriously... go outside on a hot sunny humid day and tell me just how far you can see everything in perfect focus.

This is a setting, I believe. I can't recall what it's called without the game open (it's still down for patching at the time of this post), but there's an option that is described as "causes distant objects to appear out of focus" or something to that effect. Detoggle it. Problem solved!
more lighting and post processing is all i would really want
OK. I'll give you an agree here. I'm sorry I lacked the insight the first read through. You want Super-Ultra so you can see what more clearly while hoping to slow your system down some?

I'm not saying I want them to scrap everything and start over. It would have just been nice from the start if they had more detail is all.I can see farther in this game than I can see in RL on most days... So, yeah, its really plenty.

You aren't quite getting what I'm asking. I don't want to see all the way across Tamriel and have it be perfectly in focus. What I'm talking about is seeing notches in my heavy armor where a sword it it in a previous fight. Riding my horse and seeing the hairs of it's mane move about. Details, I think it would be fantastic to have high resolution omg I can see that guys nose hairs detail. No don't scrap the game because of this. It would just be nice to have a game plan for that and not dumb down the system for consoles and PC's that are running windows 95.
