Recover deed from Tervur

Since I could not find and answer to my question anywhere, I will post my answer now as I figured it out eventually.
I had in my quest list a started quest that said " Recover the deed from Tervur". My gf had the same thing. My compass, when highlightened that quest led me to a small hole in the mountain wall with a skeleton. That is the wrong place. The deed is actually in Deshan in the Darkshade Caverns dungeon. It turns out that I helped a friend with that dungeon, but didn't get to finish it myself for some reason. I went back to finish it and now I'm done. Wasn't actually hard to figure out, but the compass bug misled me.
