Housing, Dyes, Guild Tabards, & other cosmetics

I need stuff to work for... stuff aside from the grind to level cap. Collecting items/trophies and decorations for my character is a big motivator in any game. whether it's a unique cosmetic item, a unique decoration or some other cosmetic item.. You'd think this (housing at least) would be a big part of ESO.. Housing is one of the things ES has always gotten right and it has always led me to feed my OCCD positioning and repositioning various items around the house and grinding gold to buy that cool furniture..

This is one of the things, aside from the opportunity to do coop dungeon delving and explore with my friends, that I had me really stoked for an ESO game. Having now played Vet content and grown weary with the grind and poor rehashed story post 50 I am finding the game wanting. So I'm curious as to whether or not anyone has heard any time line. If it isn't too far along i'll resub but if these game features are a long ways off I'm thinking of not renewing until they are implemented.

I'd also like to know if there is any progress / update on guild tabards.

i would love to see houses and guild tabards, oh and zeni also said that they would put dyes in soon

Housing was already stated that they want to 'do it right' (whatever that means by 'their' standards) and is at the very least, 2 years away if at all.

Dyes and possibly guild improvements will be coming in July (probably early August). Dyes will be tied to achievements, and it looks like black dye will be rewarded for people who do trials

Housing? Good luck. Rumors point to it not being in game for possibly years. Housing, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, non-linear gameplay are really important to ES games for me, and it's a shame none of these things are in the game (or even talked about by the developers/mods).

Agree.....bare bones AvA and pve grinding are not fulfilling enough.Housing is needed.people need something to do besides killing endless npcs and AvA that's still in its developmental infancy.
