A PvP Questing Zone

I want to start this post by saying that I actually really, really enjoy the PvP experience in Cyrodiil. I love the siege mechanics, and I have had a lot of fun trying to help take keeps.

But the most fun I have had in Cyrodiil has always been when I have been doing dungeons or trying to get Skyshards and my group comes upon a group of enemy players. The other night a group of us were trying to get through a gate to get a Skyshard, and ended up in a hour long fight with players who decided we shouldn't be able to get through their gate. It was random and very fun.

I think it would be a lot of fun to have one or more VR levels that had its own stories and quests that was also PvP. The added danger of never knowing if you are going to find an enemy player in the dungeon you are about to run would be a nice addition to the game, I think.

Not all of cyr is in the game, and I would bet that I'd going to happen. But I don't think splitting PvP will go well.

    Sincere question: Why not, @Munku‌?

We already have an open PvP area. This is what the devs intended. Plus it will take away from cyr...I know I'd spend my time ganking vet questers. But also you would have loads of QQ from nonpvpers.

I guess... but as much as I like the siege PvP mechanic, I think there needs to be other options. Now that I've farmed all the skyshards and done all the dungeons, unless I am specifically going to Cyrodiil to PvP there isn't a lot of reason for me to be there...

Maybe if they increased the density of mats in Cyrodiil I'd have a reason to hang out there like I do in Craglorn just farming mats. I'd find Craglorn more exciting if there was the chance of being ganked as I farmed - but maybe I'm weird .

You listed a reason to be there: seige warfare. The other stuff--sky shards and dungeons, even the quests--are bonus. There are many ways to PvP in cry, the same ways you want in the PvP zone.

I do see where you are coming from, though. Even if zos brought in a PvP are you would quest there for a content patch or two and be done. Then you'll want another area and another.

That is where it won't work.
