Unable to access account to download

Hi, Just got a new PC up and running and want to install ESO, trying to get to my account page gets me nowhere apart from a Date of Birth Drop-down, I enter that and it just resets itself, any point carrying on or worth just giving up like loads of people seem to have done already and quit

can you not just copy the install from your previous pc to your new one?

try a different browser perhaps?
