Not that cool for crit builds (damn dem cats), but for everything else, there is Breton. Since pure stamina builds are a fantasy, Breton racials just can't be wasted for any playstyle. They may not be THE best, but they suffice.1 -

Look at all the players in Trials you will notice performance wise race matters little.

It does take alts into account but with only 10 slots a "Multi" option was not possible, not only that but an option like that would most likely gain most of the votes due to players having more than one toon. Bosmer and Altmer were the first two I reached VR1.0 -
