Enchanting - Translate runes later rather than earlier?

I have an enchanter at level 28 enchantment, but have only translated 3 runes so far.

My question is: does xp point gain for translating runes become higher when your enchantment level is higher? If so, then it would be better to wait until level 35+ enchanting before translating the runes.

I'm prety sure the xp depends on the lvl of potency of that rune not your lvl.

But you can test it out to be sure with 2 essence runes. translate 1 now and another one at lvl 29 and see the difference. I don't think there is one. Wouldnt make any sense.

I don't think there is a difference either. And even if there is, I don't see the experience bar moving much regarless. We enchanters already see practically no improvement on the level bar as it is breaking down every enchantment that crosses our paths.
