Hello I always see people walking around with those flying creatures and scamps where do i get one from? do i have to be an evil character?

    They're not pets like the ones you got from the beta or pre-order packs, they're one of the Sorcerer skills, they're summoned creatures.

    oh so i guess as a dragon knight I cant get them?

    No, but you could always create a Sorcerer as well, most players have more than one character they play.
