Casual to be defined by the guild but initial focus (no absolute only) might include:
0. NA server
1. PvE only--not for PvP or hardcore graduate guilds
2. Solo
3. Self-find or -found
4. Crafting
5. Private dungeons in alliance areas only
6. Leveling up to killing Molag Bal and no further into Veteran.
7. Emphasis on getting through all forced solo boss battles in main story and dungeons without tears.
8. Minimizing strategy but still getting the job done easily and 'casually'.
9. Work with ESO support through /feedback and /bug.
