I haven't seen any mention of the skill so I assume it's not but would like to hear if anyone has used it. Was wondering if it is any good or not.

✭It used to be terrible. It was recently buffed to be merely bad. It does almost no damage, but does provide a little bit of healing. There aren't many (any?) builds where it deserves one of your ten bar slots.Snit AD Sorc
