Need an addon that helps me find enemy targets among large groups of players

When fighting with a sizeable group I often find it difficult to distinguish the enemy target I am trying to aim at among all of the other players and special effects animations. I've tried setting the enemy health indicator to be always on and that helps a little, but enemies still get lost in the fray. I also use tab to box the target, but it can be hard to see too amidst all the explosions and such.

Is there an addon that somehow highlights enemies more? Maybe puts an arrow over them or changes the target box to stand out more?

You can select mobs by using tab.

Addons are not allowed to add markers to the ingame world. Map and compass are allowed, but not the main view.
