Is it a one way, one off transfer? Or can I continue to play my char on both the PC and PS4 for example?

    I was wondering this myself.
Basic circle of complaints on ESO Forums:
    1) Users: Fix game/class/bug
    2) Zenimax Online: Brings servers down and fixes issues and deploys patches.
    3) Users: OMG SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!!!
    4) Zenimax Online: Brings servers back up!
    5) See 1)

VR10 Sword and Board Templar (Heavy Armour), Ebonheart Pact
    LVL 25 Sorcerer, Daggerfall Covenant
    LVL 28 DK, Ebonheart Pact
    LVL 15 Nightblade, Altmari Dominion

Why is everything so unclear with this game, very frustrating.

The only things they've been able to make clear is how much they want you to buy the pc version and how much of your money they want. There hasn't been a single update since the console delay. The official console release thead doesn't even get responses.

Pretty sure its one time, and if you play on both they will require separate subs.

Nothing official from ZOS but a friend asked a ZOS support person and was told that it is a one time transfer. As I understand it your account moves over to console so makes sense that it means you can then only access the console version and not both.

Would be nice to get some more clarity on the deal since it is supposed to expire in June and we still do not have any firmer details than the initial announcement.

There is still a bit of confusion in my PS4 guild about what exactly transfers over. I'm hoping it is everything related to all of our characters so bank, guild bank (if we are the guild leader), items on our characters, pre-order bonuses and imperial bonuses, all of the research we have done and not just our character levels and skills.

PUG Life - the true test of your skill

18 characters, 17 max level, at least 1 Stam and 1 Mag of every class, 1 of every race and 1200+ CP

Tanked to Undaunted 9+ Mag and Stam of every class using Group Finder for 90+% of the Vet Dungeon runs

Another thing that it would be good to know and has been raised in our guild is what team speak options ZOS is planning to use for consoles for this game.

For example PS4 has party chat so will this be used for groups voice chat or will some other team speak system be used and if so what?

If the plan is to use something like mumble I would like to get some practice in with the system now while I'm playing on PC. Hope we hear something about how the development is going at any rate.

Above poster is exactly correct. Thats what they told me. You would still own the pc version and could play it if you would like but a second sub would be needed.

I asked ZoS this same question. They told me they couldn't give me details, but they would be offering something special to players who transfer once they work out the details. They also said everything with that character would transfer such as imperial edition. The only requirement is to start a 2nd account before the end of Jun.

As far a voip goes for consoles, I would expect it to be no different then COD/BF or any other console multi-player game. They may use the same system with group dungeons that they do with game types like team death match. No private group chat so you have to switch to game chat to play. If you don't switch you can't join. I'm sure the consoles won't let a random voice chat be used because they most likely have a system in place or at least a contract. This maybe whats holding off the release date.

Personally I think its either update or add-on compatibility issues. Any update or extra content probably has to be approved by sony or microsoft first to make sure it won't effect other games or the systems themselves. I'm not a Dev so not really sure what's involved, but neither sony or microsoft can afford a major crash and risk losing customers since they have so much riding on a successful out come.

That would be good for grouping and trials. I assume they would have type chat for zones like they do with the PC version. Maybe something like party chat for if you want to talk to a friend in game but are not grouped.
