Shadowfen quests achievement down to 51

My first character was a pain in the butt to get all (61 or 63) quests in shadowfen, now with my second character I notice there are 51 quests for the achievement.

If you're going to get an achievement, shouldn't it me for completing everything on the map? I still have two areas I need to complete for everything to be finished.

People were complaining, so they lowered most "adventurer" achievements' threshold.

And it was 63 quests. As I remember, I found 60, then had to google. But why they need to put it that low is beyond me. Bangkorai ach is like 10 quests behind the actual quest number, as far as I can tell, for example.

I myself don't mind, but nor would I mind doing all 62(it was 62) quests. I still try to do every single quest in the zone, despite this achievement.
