    1.1.6 will nerf worm drop rate.

    It could be a lot of textual updates and fixes with very few resource modifications. But, it's an update all the same.

    Was it 30? only took me about 10 seconds to download and thought it only said 3. But 30 cool.

    Nah.
    They'll wait until the worm farmers start flooding the in-game-email with worm spam before they nerf it.

    I give it 2-3 weeks or so, at least.

    1.1.6 will be used to nerf something else that didn't get nerfed enuff in 1.15.
    And we won't know what that is for a bit because they left that out of the patch notes.
    The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

    -Dragonknight attack now all cause fire damage

    -Sorcerer dark magic has been replaced with cryomancy

    -Nightblade has been removed from the game we replaced it with the ranger

    -Molag Bal is no longuer possible to defeat

    -Veteran mode maximum level has been increased to veteran level 40

    -The game now has a cash shop selling troll helmet

    -All trolls have been replaced with :trollface: helmet and hiting a troll has 50% chance to spawn another troll that will itself have 50% chance to spawn another troll and so on.

    -Banished cell has been fixed

    -Craglorn exp has been removed from the game

    -The emperor now may learn the passive called invulnerability wich reduce all ultimate cost by 100%

    -The emperor has been renamed to Chuck Noris and may no longuer be defeated.

    -All vampire now sparkle

    -All werewolf now look like shirtless *** in shorts

    -You may now play a dremora
    One bow to darken the sun

    One bow to conquer the world and in darkness drown it...

    It might come with some blanket nerf with an excuse that it's temporary fix.

    OVERVIEW
    The Elder Scrolls Online v1.1.5 features additional fixes for gameplay and quests, as well as some miscellaneous fixes.


    FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

    Quests
    Craglorn
    Magical Anomaly encounters no longer grant experience or Veteran Points.
    This is a temporary fix until we can resolve an issue where the quest generates more experience and Veteran Points than intended.

    They never put it up until AFTER the servers come back up. It's something I really hate actually, but I guess they do it to save face in case something they tried to do doesn't work or whatever.. kind of like telling us BEFORE that it is a patch rather than normal maintenance.

    I like how ESO is different than other MMORPGS, but this is one thing that I wish they did NOT do differently. It is so backwards.

    I'm sure they have the notes ready to release. But, they probably want an opportunity to edit them in case something actually didn't take or they made an omission.

    They did promised and fulfilled by posting the notes before the servers are up. TWICE.

    Only that it's 2-10 minutes before.
