I am wondering if anyone knows if they fixed the drop rate on the PTS yet or not. I saw a bidwar today that was ridiculous. The Honey Brittle Recipe went for 2 million gold in the US servers and I see people on other forums offering upwards to 4 million gold for it.
When will this madness end? Someone please tell me that Zenimax fixed the drop rate of these Provisioning recipes on the PTS.
