I'm glad it now exists (I'm not sure if it was here before), and having the trigger be 3 posts within 60 seconds seems reasonable.

However, can that be changed so that reporting a post doesn't count towards that? If (for example) there are two trolling posts in a thread that I just posted a reply in, I don't want the spam timer going off because I took 5 seconds out of my day to flag the posts.

    Agreed, I suppose it was put there because of people abusing the report system with frivolous reports. Like they removed the disagree button.
