problem getting experience points

have been playing with friends in a group, they are now level 34 and I am 21. Why wouldn't I advance the same level as the rest?

RedBatSoul ShrivenWe all play at the same time, if someone leaves the game, we all leave. When there is a battle, the others may get 350 XP where I may get15 XP or none at all, even though we are in close proximity to each other0
