You will get to Shadowfen (Fangeombre) from the AD starting point only during Vet level questing. During Vet questing you will have the option to start in one of the other starting areas and play the main story quests. After that, you will be able to go to the third area.
Unfortunately, I don't recall if Shadowfen is in the second or third area for the AD. -
