Kewljag_66_ESO✭✭✭✭✭My best Ultimate is Deathstroke Morph with the 4.5 second knock down when the target has more health. this skill is rediculously strong. It is always up at only 50ultimate. It is also a fight changer when you save it for the end of a fight and the target has no stamina left to CC break. If you charge it up full it does some insane damage with a crit.
Other than that i agree with you.
BLUR...... this skill is suprisingly more strong than it appears. for me it goes off alot more than 15% and the morph sets attackers offbalance. The skill being on your hotbar also gives you 3% more crit. I keep it on my secondary bar for (bow) and toss it up then swap back before i go into a melee DW fight, it last 26 seconds and by the time i engage my magika has already regenerated full and i still have around 20 seconds of protection.0
