Problems out of nowhere: BSoD's, Game crashes after months of stable gaming.

As the title points out, i hadn't had a single problem with this game. Until now.
I've read quite alot of forums & posts before posting here - just to be sure not to make an a** of myself.
So, I first had problems with my CPU fan, which operated at 100% speed all the time, no matter what. Then - it kind of fixed itself somehow, and it listens to commands from AIsuite etc. Game itself was okay with it, could go hours upon hours without a single problem. After this "fixed itself", the problems came rushing in..
Then game starts crashing and/or BSoD's after 5mins of gaming. I figured it could be a heat-issue, which i've never had, but it seemed like something, somwhere (gpu perhaps) overheats and it shuts the computer down for safety. Well, nothing overheats. GPU goes up to 61 (celcius) at maximum, usually 55, while CPU never reaches 60 and MB stays at 40-50's. So i ruled out overheating.
I also read about an issue about memory-sticks that once removed and put back to its place, the problem disappears. It didn't.
Well... I also read about nVidia drivers having problems with the game, so i rolled back to 335.23 and the problem still persist.
Also at it seems there had been problems with Asus Xonar DGX soundcard, and once drivers have been updated, all works like a charm! Nope.
I REPAIRED THE GAME! Because all of a sudden it stated some issue about not being able to unzip a manifest (can't remember completely, my bad didn't write it up!) and still, nope.

Nvidia 660 Gtx 2gb DDR5
Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3,4Ghz (4 cores)
16 GB DDR3 667 Mhz Kingston
Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
And some of my BSoD's stated problems:
Machine_Check_Exception
IRQL_Not_or_less_equal
Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
and some others i didn't remember.
PS. No, i do not hate the game in anyway, am not cancelling my subscription or anything, just want this to work. If this thread helps anyone, it has been more than successful.

Orchidea✭Problem found & Fixed.
As it seems, the last option was the right one.
Thermal paste/cooling of CPU.
Bought myself a new set of watercooling (Corsair Hydro H80i)
and new thermal paste - which fixed all crashes and BSoD's.0
