A Story about Love.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ - Long have i been reading the forums and long have i read people giving you grief about how stuff in the game keeps breaking. Let me take a moment and highlight some of the things that i LOVE about your work at ZOS:
- 1. Thank you for bringing this concept to life. I would play this game over any of the previous ES ones (given its 2014).
- 2. Thank you for sticking to your style and spending 301273695123091273123+ hours getting it just right for everybody.
- 3. Thank you for making the difficulty levels the way they are - means i have to play with less N**bs everytime i raid.
- 4. Thank you for taking the time to address all of the issues on these forums (even in writing if not action) - even when so many of them are just plain rude and nubtastic.
- 5. Thank you for taking the time to read this and i hope you get to go home and enjoy a cold beer knowing that there is an Elder Scrolls fan in almost every corner of the world that LOVES the work you are doing.

P.S: Feel free to bring the love to this thread - Like with any Elder scrolls game, it gets better with time, thats the way its coded since the days of morrowind. A true fan will be patient and if your complaining about money - work overtime LIKE THE ZOS GUYS and wait for fixes like you do for ALL GOOD THINGS IN LIFE.
Thank you.

It's handle she uses to identify herself to others that this is her name she uses when playing ESO.

    I'm betting...

How come you are a "Silent Killer"? Yup... that is how it is spelled.

    You welcome.

Not sure why your choosing to harass me, I asked a legitimate question.

If you feel that my name offends you because it is improperly spelled on purpose well then you need some help in life.

I've been an Elder Scrolls fan since Arena. I was actually working at a Software Etc. (anyone remember those?) when Arena was released. I called in sick -several- times thanks to that game - and own every one since then. I even remember where I was exactly the moment I opened Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim and loaded them each up for the first time.

ESO is no different, and so far, to me, this game definitely 'fits' in with the rest.

Thanks to the ESO crew! There is much work to be done, but what is there so far has been quite enjoyable for this fan.

When I created my account before launch I was writing with this nick in the temporary forums. Then when the official forums came to live, I saw my nick was completely changed into myrealname_ESO17, I dunno why, but contacting customer service I got it fixed back to this. I see a lot of people have the _ESO16 or something in their nick too in the forums here.

When it comes to the noobs OP is talking about. I also like the difficulty of the game, but how you see some people in the public veteran dungeons, like seriously some have no clue to stay out of crap that the NPC dish out etc, and I feel like I have to change my resto skill set on and heal people out of my group too so they wouldn't die. I sometimes actually res some random people in public dungeons which I don't get how anyone dies in there.. Sometimes it just makes me think how people have actually managed to work their way to VR8-> with that kinda awareness and abilities with the game. Also I still have only pugged 1,5 dungeons and those weren't really successful so I will stick to grouping up with guildies only :)

That being said, I'm still loving this game a lot and will keep playing and slowly growing the guild towards 12man raiding with new people now that we've been nice and cosy with old gaming buddies :) have lots of new VR1s in the guild too which is nice.

Also i would like to add a special thanks to the ZOS Marketing team. Like anything in life that gets attention from such a large base of fans/gamers, the sheer number of rude/indecent/silly/trolling comments floods the forums making the admins job considerably more challenging. Think of it like @ZOS_JessicaFolsom is a tank and right now she is perma-blocking the negativity that is drowning the forum.
As a marketing professional myself, i know first hand what it is like to be the company's scape goat (in the customers eyes). Your doing a fantastic job at focusing on genuine client issues and handling the whole situation very well.
I feel its really important to highlight this in particular and im sure you would not even look over this thread @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, but rest assured that there is a HUGE base of clients out there (im sure you have the figures) that love what you are doing and appreciate all the effort that goes into taking an initiative and providing a service like this.
Good job and keep it up - *Virtual pat on the back*

A lot of people had _ESO in their name when they first created an account, especially during beta. It was automatically assigned, I think. Quite problematic too, because it often used the real names people registered with. It was the first thing I changed after logging in.

I think this game is what you make it, and I'm enjoying the heck out of it. The game is all kinds of complex, and there are bound to be problems. But I think ZOS is doing a great job keeping all the balls in the air while trying to fix the problems.

Only people with a keen eye can see all the work ZOS has put to make the game better from launch till present day. So bad most of the players out there only pay attention to buff/nerfs...
So yea.. Thx ZoS, keep up the good work and take my mullah!

I love this game. It has its bad sides, but they're working hard to improve this. So many patches all the time with new content and fixes / buffs and nerfs. My 15$/month are well invested, since it's expanding so fast.

When Sneak / Shadow Cloak breaks get fixed then I'm 100% happy, now I'm just 95% happy. Anyways, I've never ever come so far in an MMORPG than in this one. I quit the 2nd best MMORPG at around level 47 / 60.

I adore everyone involved in ESO development.
I worked on projects from every part of computer industry and I know from my own experience what does it take to bring that complex project to life.
Thus I love this game twice
one love comes from the experience the devs created for us
and the second from the admiration to hard work I can see behind the scenes
Again, I love you devs ;)
The game is great and it'll be even better in time.
    I know that for sure.
I'm fighting for a higher purpose
