Surprise chrashes

So I recently shared my opinion about the maitenances system.

And I thought I'd take a moment to share my opinion on the still random chrases that are still happening today.

One just happened few minutes ago.
I was playing my Breton Dragon Knight, Breton Knight.

Doing a mages guild quests and at the start of combat the game freezes and I'm returned to the log-in screen, followed by unable to reconnect.

Now I don't mind disconnects, but they always happen when I'm about to approach combat. Resulting in a later logon being dead and having to return to the way shrine deal with the durability of my gear and long walks back to the current quest I was doing.

Why are these bugs/crashes still occuring?

And please spare me the it's your connection not the game comments.

My connection is fine it's atleast 5mb/s most at thet ime more than enough to play a video game.

Besides that I never experience these types of crashes in other MMO's or MP games.

Anyone else frustrated with this still happening?
Or am I the only one not being satisfied with the provided services that has cost over 80 euro's allready.

I personally do not get crashes.

I'm sorry this is happening to you.

Hopefully it will get resolved asap.

Make sure you report it each time.

I do and they happen to often,

Error code 301 at the moment.

Standard solution would be to wait 10 minutes. 30 minutes have passe dand I still can not log back online.

These things really grind my gear.

I'm a paying costumer, having to deal with inaccurate services that I payed for.

And all I get ever get is " I'm sorry sir, hope it wil be resolved soon"

And bye goes another 0,45 cents wasted on a day I couldn't play.

I got an unknown error last night, then login timeout and after that 301.

It hasn't changed, so I'm getting login timeout and 301 every time I try to log in.

Hopefully tomorrow it will start to work again because the game gets a patch and it means a server reboot.

Anyway it's three weeks and I'm out.

Check for a memory leak. I still have that problem... I am told you can adjust your display settings and it may help, but I am to lazy..

I used to get a few weird crashes, disabled a couple of addons and this didn't happen anymore (one was Sous Chef and the other eludes me right now)

It's usually helpful to give details of your setup and avoid hyperbole
Also 5mb?? Sure it's not 5Mb? Coz otherwise it sounds like a modem....

Well even a full repair won't do the trick.

This is making me tired, probably will cancel my subscription when my current days have been depleted.

Do you have any addons? If so, re-install those as well.

Ah even disabled addons can cause crashes, you'll have to uninstall them and clean out the vaiables

I did that, I even removed all addons.

It's not the problem.

It's a connection problem from my location to their servers.
