Unable to Take Blessed Crucible Quest from Talres Varen
I once tried to do this dungeon when I was actually level 40 odd, but we failed. Now month+ later at VR12 try and do it again... can't take the quest. No Quest marker, nothing.
One person in group could take it, one had done it, and two of us could not see or take quest.
So I went into dungeon solo... Same think, NPC is there, bUT NO Quest arrow or dialogue.
Is it just me? Is this an old or new bug?
