Same thing that other classes have been posting. Unless I've missed something, even when DKs were overtuned, the only video that was out showed a DK soloing trash groups.

If it's not immune to knockdowns, knockbacks, or disorients, everything can be held down and eventually killed with Piercing Javelin or Spear Shards, REALLY slow, but it just locks stuff down from doing anything.

I see Radiant Shield, Solar Barrage, and Blazing Spear. He also has Radiant Aura and I think its Purifying Ritual, but it could also be Extending Ritual the icons are so similar.

Even if he's just killing trash mobs, that's alright. He's surviving and moving forward. As long as it's fun

I didn't see how he handles packs with healers, though.

Yeah, that's Radiant Shield, it does upfront damage with increased effect for each target hit. The rest are the most commonly used weapon skills, bow and two-handed.

He's a vampire, he's stamina based and using one of the Feed morphs to recover his stamina. He's spamming Brawler to AoE the mobs down and give him a damage shield. When he runs out of stamina he pops Radiant Ward and Feeds to give him back stamina.

So no, this is not a Templar soloing (even the trash mobs and easy boss), it's a vamp with a couple of Templar skills. If it was a Templar he would of died as soon as his stamina pool evaporated.

IMO, an non-vamp Templar doing this would be a resto-staff mage build spamming Blazing Shield, Immovable and Crescent Sweep. Pretty much same result just allot more squishy.

It really does show how poorly Templars scale compared to other classes doing the same thing in less time with many more mobs heh.

solo craglorn? more like circle strafing a target dummy. you can kill those lizard mobs with punches while naked and unarmed.

Just tried same zone in my mage spec templar, and yes, both are easily doable with a damage shield build as the trash in that zone doesn't hit too hard and the boss is easily kiteable. End boss, not a chance.

Soz, no vid as I don'thave Fraps or equivalent on this machine, so only screenies... don't laugh at my DPS, was only blazing shield and resto staff lol. Could of put another DPS ability on for the boss fight as I didn't need the heals which I did for the trash.

So no, don't use Haddocks Market as any indication, especially when you don't include the end boss. The optional boss is ridiculously easy and the trash have crap all hitpoints.

This, as we have already been shown the dk and sorc also soloing TRASH mobs and even a few bosses in AA trials. But yeah OP, thanks for the laugh at your expense.

By the way I used destructive clench and Volcanic runes to solo that pathetic optional boss in under a minute the first time I came across it and hadn't even thought it was a boss at all.

Easy thrash mobs + easy boss, sorry but this has little to do with other classes videos soloing group content I've seen. Not comparable at all IMO.
But good to see a stamina (+vamp) build working alright nonetheless.

Comprehensions not too good eh? This isn't a Templar, it's a Vampire Templar: as in the two skills he uses to solo have nothing to do with Templar, i.e. Brawler and Feed. The only Templar ability that he 'needs' is Radiant Ward to give him a shield while he feeds.

And go check out Haddock's Market for yourself before commenting. Stephen Hawkings in his wheelchair could solo Grandmother Thunder. Notice he didn't solo the dungeon boss?

If he can go solo the end boss in Haddocks, or in Hircine's Lair or Balamath, then he has done something impressive.

Those flame atronachs would wreck any other class, they are not trash mobs if they have 20k hp and in large groups. Trash mob is 2-5k hp.

You would have been much better off using cleave+solar and crescent sweep. You get a crescent sweep like every 3 second.

This is actually the first craglorn vid where they are using a stamina build to solo content.
Blazing Shield is very good when used right.

I actually liked the vid when it was up like a week or so ago over at the foundry. The fact that it's a stamina build is pretty nice to see.

And not crying a huge rivers about impossiblity to play, death from 3-mobs packs etc
And he is using all possibilities of the game instead of just sit and moan.
