One quest per alliance. That's a measly three quests a week. Doesn't need to be complex, just not always a fetch quest or kill quota mission.

In a month, that's only four new quests per alliance. Easily manageable. But in a year, that's over 48 quests just in one alliance, not counting veteran content and the other alliances.

Just a little something to show the game is growing and expanding while you guys fix and balance.
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

    Agreed.
However I think most of their patches right now are rushed fixes.
But the more side-content the better.

I would hazard a guess that most players at VR12 haven't even completed all the quests in this game. There's no need for them to be going back and adding more between major content patches.

I would agree with you that most VR12's probably haven't completed all the quests. Then again, I would also hazard that most people who ride the edge of content like that lose interest in games real quick.

But with a few quests here and there, those of us who would prefer to stay within our alliance may someday be able to do so!

While i agree , i dont think it would be so easy , deppends on how fast they can get people to do the voices.

To do that each week , im assuming it will take quite a bit of time.

And ofc , ultimately , it depends how big and how are divided the dev teams.

Voice acting would be a pain. And the division of labor is a good thing to keep in mind.

Pls no more quests. Leveled 2 chars up through questing. I cant see no more.

Instead i would totally be up for way more "max level" dungeons and proper raids for 12/24 ppl without the limitation of souls. And in that some proper items so its worth going into this content. On top of that it should be properly tested to make almost bugfree and a proper difficulty so you dont need that uber setup like you need right now for the trials as an example.

ESOHead shows 1,872 total quests in the game. I think we have enough quests for now. Would rather development efforts be towards other aspects of the game.

Don't get me wrong, because I'm not being facitious. But if players are complaining about lack of end-game content, wouldn't new quests fill part of that gap?

What other content is there besides PvP and questing? Even a dungeon is really just one self-contained quest.

Yes...they seem very scattered in the patches they are putting out. Fixes, improvements, tweaking and I swear these must be different teams and they apparently don't like to talk to each other as one of these invariably cause an issue with another. Apparently they have a test server and how these issues still come through to the live game I have no idea. What isn't ready doesn't go live till it's ready and just push what does. Granted, they can't catch EVERYTHING, but there have been some pretty big issues coming through to the live game.

How a hot fix hasn't come out for the issues causing frame rate increases and memory leaking hasn't been fixed yet I'll never know. The game has crashed 3 time since the 1.2.3 patch(think that's the number), more than another time during the game since launch for me. Plus some major issues in getting getting stuck and weapon swapping not working as well.

I keep waiting for the game to stabilize, but it just doesn't seem to happen.

The thing that REALLY had me shaking my head is them making anything you get during the training levels worth 0g. I mean, with all the other things still needing to be fixed...why why why is this on their radar, and why make it 0g. I've always recommended people go through that as you will get a ton of lockpicks, some pieces of armor, things to tell etc. Plus as it's hard to make gold initially in the early levels, why rip you off for spending that time going through those levels. What does it hurt to make a little money for going through the tutorial. In the grand scheme of things, it's peanuts, but something for your time.

I swear the make a change every patch that discourages exploration and gives me a that...I just sucked on a lemon face. I think some fresh talent and someone overseeing the overall direction of the game is needed.

I'm guessing they are seeing metrics that we aren't. Metrics which are showing that this portion of the game is being abused somehow. Or that average player gold gain is higher than they want it to be.

As for the 'all over the place' concept, this is actually pretty standard. Multiple teams focused on different projects, because putting too many people on one project can actually slow the project down or stop it entirely. So you spread out your assets, you let them only focus on what they are specifically told to do, and release a little bit of everything with each update/patch.

Departmental management is actually extremely successful in large projects with lots of hands in motion. This is why the military uses it, corporations use it, search and rescue, law enforcement, teaching, etc, etc.
