I am sure there will be lots of troll on my post. But I am being 100% honest in how i feel.
Several Weeks ago I saw somebody with this Dwemor Spider Pet. I am not a big pet fan and /destroy'd the pets i got with the game. However, this was a unique and really cool pet. I literally chased this person down to ask where they got it. They said it was reward from a Dungeon called Razak's Wheel. I am in Aldmeri Dominion and we only get access to that dungeon in the Veteran Two Zone Quest line.
I was vet 3 or 4 at the time and hadnt done much with cadwell's quests, as I thought they were boring and didnt want to quest a couple dozen quests to access a new zone. However, this motivated me. Over the Next couple weeks I quested and got that area opened up. It had other benefits like some skyshards and quest skill points. I also got some VP, most I earned in cyrodiil so that was secondary. I also had a lot of skll points already and that was also secondary except as an achivement.
The first time I entered Razak's Wheel, the group was in a rush and we missed the quest to which was outside. It was another couple weeks before i was able to get people together to do this quest. Its a v10 dungeon so it is not exactly a walk in the park.
We spent about 90minutes tonight clearing the dungeon, trying to get bosses, which we couldnt get achivment credit for except once in a while. That was ok, I really wanted this quest. This was such a cool pet. We finally got to the final area.
We complete the quest.
No Toy Spider. It's apparently broken for Aldmeri Dominion.
I was rather upset like really upset. However, my group mates had more faith than I did in customer service. i had logged out after double checking we had done everything and didnt get it.
they sent in /help requests. about 20min after i did i got this.
You have renewed some of my faith ZOS and that has been sorely tested of late.

✭✭✭The same thing happened to me in the DC non-vet version of this. Did the whole dungeon (twice) - no pet.
